Thoughts and Prayers:
Our dear friend and fellow Milonguero, Carols Sampelayo has been under close medical care recently. His family has asked for thoughts and prayers for his speedy recovery. Carlos is a well known dancer, instructor and DJ who has taught and entertained us for many years. He is a good friend and exceptionally fun character.

Carlos Sampelayo 137 E. Hartsdale Avenue Apt. 1A Hartsdale NY 10530.
TANGO REPORT:
Our September 23rd 2021 Milonga was a challenging date through the forecasts of tornados, flood warnings, and everything that has been thrown at us practically every Thursday, but yet it did not deter our diehard Milonguero from coming to dance and who helped me celebrate my Birthday Thanks to all the gallant men who lined up for my Birthday dance.
We all continue to our Tango journey together.
Nothing can stop our Milongueros and Milongueras from not expressing our passion for Tango.
Together, we make this Milonga like no other around.
Thank you for the support and dedication you give to make Terri's Milonga the best. (I thought of changing the name to Terri's Tornado & Flood rain Milonga) "Well" just a thought.
Our Masters of Argentine Tango Analia Carreno and Luis Ramirez are here every Thursday to coach us at our increasingly popular Group Class.
All levels are invited to join the class including the seasoned dancers. Everyone is welcome to join in for the fun.
Your dedication and fiery passion are what makes Terri's Firehouse Tango-Milonga....
"The place to be every Thursday night!"
I thank you for your support and loyalty.
VIDEO REPORT - ENJOY:
Here is the After- Group Lesson of the previous Demonstration. This is what it looks like when you bring together all what you know and learned: Thursday, Sept. 23rd.202l
DJ Marcos Blanco did it again. He outdid himself with his great music and dancing with all of the ladies. (He will be back).
TERRI'S TANGO TEAM REPORT:
Shout out to Tibor. He is not only a wonderful greeter but he effectively keeps the door traffic flowing making every minute count for fun and Tango. He also takes all the videos of the Group Class, after lesson demonstration and our Milongueros and Milongueras for us to enjoy afterwards. Tibor trouble shoots when we have technical difficulties. WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT - ETIQUETTE IS OUR BRAND:
We are the home of "Tango Etiquette".
Our gents are gallant and our ladies are classy. Gentlemen are exceedingly polite when requesting a lady to dance and our ladies are demure and courteous.
OUR VENUE IS THE BEST:
**We have it ALL under one Tango roof. Be sure to call me to get your name on the Instructors list to book a private lesson for you before the group lesson.**
I prepare the full combination of Tango spirit, fine music, professional instruction, live entertainment, beautiful glimmering hardwood dance floor, spacious venue, dancing Al-Fresco on our outdoor deck, dim-lit romantic ambiance, snack table, ample parking, convenient location that is about15 minutes from the GW Bridge, gallant gentlemen, elegant ladies, and a passion
that electrifies everyone upon entry.
WHY TRY US?
This is your spot to escape:
I take the time to book the best talent and Tango instructors to give you the personal touch. I schedule each far in advance to ensure we have ample entertainment and continuity with certainty.
This has been evident by the great instructors and DJs we have every week for you.
This chemistry mixed with all of you is what puts the 'fire' in "Terri's Firehouse Tango-Milonga 2". Our combination of character, charm and magic is no where else to be found:

TALKING POINTS:
Our newsletters is peppered with tango terminology, history, and bits of factoids to help expand your Tango knowledge.
Tango is not only about learning steps, but understanding and listening to the music.
Each artist interprets the same music /song that you dance to, but the musical styles are different.
Your ear, needs to listen so that you can dance to each interpretation from those artists elegantly.
It is written all over the place that the best way to improve your dancing is to know the music you are dancing to as your body moves with the different styles, so that you may look and be lead gracefully on the dance floor. Your style is yours. Own it.
Courtesy Corner: Common courtesy, good manners and tango etiquette always go a long way in making and keeping friends. What happens at Terri's Firehouse Tango - Stays in Terri's Firehouse Tango!

**The dance hall is available to us exclusive every Thursday. We are offering private, one on one lessons, by appointment. Call me for details. **
