Tonight, Thursday October 6th, annual Firehouse Tango Jewish New Year Milonga/Feast
Tonight's meal at Firehouse Tango in celebration of Rosh Hashanah promises to be extraordinary.

My brisket, carrots, potatoes, string beans, kasha varnichkas (bow tie noodles with buckwheat groats)  and turkey are ready to go.  Other contributions from Firehouse friends will join the culinary delights.

Of course, the lessons, socializing and dancing (milonga lesson) are included, as usual, for the same $15 fee.

Do not miss it.

Milonga Month starts tonight at Firehouse Tango

Milonga Month at Firehouse starts on October 6th

Join Pat and Fran, starting tonight, Thursday, October 6th, for a month-long exploration of milonga. As we’ve done in the past, both the 7:00 p.m. lesson and the 7:30 p.m. lesson will be devoted to this exciting, up-tempo dance. The lessons will be cumulative with every session building on the one before. So plan to be with us for the whole month. Get to the Firehouse early, and don’t miss a moment of this outstanding, month-long celebration of one of Argentina’s great dance traditions.
