GROUP LESSON: Was guided by Analia Carreno and Luis Ramirez. (See the video of the end of the class demonstration.)
MILONGA/SOCIAL:
The ever popular, and charming Marcos David Blanco, played his selections of the most popular arrangements by Master Composers and Orchestras.
We can really appreciate a DJ that loves to dance with the ladies and passionately play his best music for us.

OUR END OF 2022 GROUP PHOTO AT GROVE STREET:
I am enthusiastic with anticipation for our new place but will always
cherish the wonderful memories we created together. I look forward to creating new memories with old friends again. Moving forward we will bless the new place together. You are what makes it a special place!
On a personal note: You all continue to make me so proud when I see what good friends we have all become.
It is plain to see how the mutual respect we share between us and instances of Tango etiquette are why we enjoy ourselves so much every Thursday night.
We come out to dance and that is what we do all night. No one is left out. That is another reason why we are the "friendliest Milonga in town."

I kept the doors open even while operating in the red because the spirit of Tango is defiant and unconquerable. Someone had to keep that spirit alive.

Meet the mighty Tibor. He is not only a suave greeter but his door management and traffic flow is what makes every minute count for your fun and Tango time.
He also takes all the videos of the Group Class, after lesson demonstration for our Milongueros and Milongueras to enjoy
afterwards.
Tibor trouble shoots if we have technical difficulties. He represents management and maintains policy. Tibor is the name, Tango is the game!

Our variety Cortinas by our DJs.
We add adobo and sofrito to spice up our Cortinas. Our Cortinas are
a delicious mix of Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Cumbia and social style dance some Nuevo that simply keep up the mood with "sabor" [flavor]. Yet, we consistently remain loyal to our traditional Argentine tango roots.

Tango is not only about learning steps, but understanding and listening to the music.
Each artist interprets the same music /song that you dance to, but the musical styles are different.
Your ear, needs to listen so that you can dance to
each interpretation from those artists elegantly.
It is written all over the place that the best way to improve your dancing is to know the music you are dancing to as your body moves with the different styles, so that you may look and be lead gracefully on the dance floor.

Thursday nights with us are the Tango kick-off so come on over. This is the place for all Tangueros from everywhere to Tango. If you can only Tango one
night a week, Thursday nights with us is the place you want to be.
Fun is the operative word. We are not only a showcase for the Tango Community, but the place to go and simply have fun, enjoy really good people and dance like you just don't care!
