Silvana has a personalized
style of instructing that is encouraging and easy to follow. She instructs from both the lead and follower positions seamlessly. You will enjoy her approach and learn other techniques to add to your time on the dance floor. She is fun, instructive, and easy-going.

DJ MaYok offers a diverse selection of Tango music that is inspiring, passionate and draws

Her unique playlist includes a wonderful variety of Tango music from some of her world travels that give you a taste of what our brand of Tango is all about. She loves to entertain us and you will enjoy her vivacious personality also. This is the place to be every Thursday night.

Terri's Report for May 25th 2023:
WE HAD FUN! WE HAD A LOT OF FUN! LAUGHTER AND TANGO GO TOGETHER - "Like no place else!"
Our Thursday night at Terri's Firehouse Tango-Milonga turned out to be a magical, magnificent, cosmic alignment of shimmering stars!
Our combination of vivacious lady Instructor and lady DJ teamed up and created a beautifully crafted fun time had by all! This is the place to be every Thursday night. Not to be missed. They're back next week!
Last week's Instructor Silvana Brizuela-Weigel lessons were a hit too. She really teaches us how to flow with the music as easy as walking. She
instills confidence and is encouraging. I enjoy watching all of you respond and pick up the different techniques that match the different musical styles. You all look amazing.
Our DJ Urszula Abolik d/k/ DJ Mayok music offers all us diversity of styles and variety of Artists that cover the full spectrum of dance styles for you to learn and practice from.
As a tribute to the late, great, Tina Turner, Urszula played a melody of her wonderful hits. We showed our love for Tina Turner, the Tango Community presented our respect from everyone at Terri's Tango-Milonga. It was an awesome Cortina. Thank you Urszula.

Meet the mighty Tibor. He is not only a suave greeter but his door management and traffic flow is what makes every minute count for your fun and Tango time.
He also takes all the videos
of the Group Class, after lesson demonstration for our Milongueros and Milongueras to enjoy afterwards.
Tibor trouble shoots if we have technical difficulties. He represents management and maintains policy. Tibor is the name, Tango is the game!

Tango is not only about learning steps, but understanding and listening to the music.
Each artist interprets the same music /song that you dance to, but the musical styles are
different.
Your ear, needs to listen so that you can dance to each interpretation from those artists elegantly.
It is written all over the place that the best way to improve your dancing is to know the music you are dancing to as your body moves with the different styles, so that you may look and be lead
gracefully on the dance floor.
Your style is yours. Own it.
