Thank you, Silvana Brizuela-Weigel, for another exciting and challenging Lesson. View the end of class demonstration assisted with Barbara on my Facebook page and U-tube channel.
DJ Rainier played a selection of fantastic Tandas that kept the
Milongueros dancing under the soft colorful lights setting the sultry mood all night long.
We celebrated the pre-New Year's event filled with emotion and passion that perfectly closed 2023.
Close to the end of the Milonga I called
everyone together for a champaign toast. We raised our glasses to honor our year of friendships, relationships, health, peace, and my gratitude for the continued support for our Thursday Milongas that is brings all of us who value this tradition together.
It was beautifully accentuated by our DJ Ranier Pereira, with a heart-warming rendition of Auld Lang Syne
that inspired so many embraces.
It is a popular New Year's Eve song that is the traditional farewell to the old year at the stroke of midnight, but this special selection interpreted by Mariah Carey pulled on the heartstrings and solidified our bond of friendship we experience together every Thursday night.
We created a year of wonderful memories that promises to weave more beautiful memories every Thursday night in 2024!
I'm happy that so many of you enjoyed my Spanish home-cooked "arroz con pollo" pan. I may be inspired to surprise you again. Big hugs and Thanks to all of you who contributed
to our snack table.
I thank all of my Milongueros for so many positive and constructive comments to me. Be assured, it is uplifting and sincerely appreciated.
Not everyone understands the effort
that event organizers put in to bring these Milongas to you for your enjoyment and passion.
Be for sure, that I do all I can to organize the best Milonga to meet your complete satisfaction, entertainment, and fellowship.
